* Proficient in Dentrix software use with a minimum of 2-year experience
* Must have experience of at least 2 years working at a Dental office**
* Understands how Medicaid and PPO insurances work in coverage
* Able to check eligibility, send pre-estimates, and perform billing services for the insurances
* Able to maintain a clean workflow and manage your time appropriately
* Be a team player and work collectively with other staff
* Preferably Bilingual in Spanish or Polish
