**Responsibilities**
- Empathetically address and treat dental concerns for patients – “Treat them as if they are your family.”
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans for better oral health
- Lead, collaborate and work alongside an outstanding hygiene department
- Perform cosmetic and restorative dental procedures
- Diagnose bite issues and overcrowding
- Provide exceptional patient care

**Requirements**
- Passion for educating and serving a diverse patient base
- Active Illinois state dental license and malpractice insurance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Open-mindedness to learning and adapting to new systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics
- Ability to manage dental complications and embrace a learning environment
