Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist who shares our commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll be an integral part of our team, working closely with patients to provide the highest level of preventive care. You will perform a variety of clinical tasks, from cleaning teeth to providing patient education, all while ensuring a comfortable, positive experience for each individual.

Full and part time positions available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take X-rays and assess patient oral health
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments following strict sterilization protocols
• Work closely with the dentist to provide optimal patient care
• Provide a calming and supportive environment for patients, especially those who experience anxiety about dental visits

Qualifications:

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and oral health education
• Ability to put patients at ease and provide a comfortable experience
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
