Overview

The Associate Dentist provides leadership, exceptional dental care, and results in our practice. They must adhere to the highest standards of dental care, ethics, service, and professionalism. The General Dentist is responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating dental issues and maintaining oral health while building a positive relationship with current and prospective patients. The General Dentist is a source of clinical support for other Associates and practice staff. The Associate supports and enhances the practice's systems, trains & coaches team members, and strives to achieve the goals and strategies of the practice.

As the Associate Dentist is a perceived leader in our practice, their actions must be of the highest caliber inside and outside the practice. Their contributions create a smooth-running, high-morale practice with a happy and productive team.

  • Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CEREC, Schick digital X-rays, Glidewell FastMill etc.)
  • Specialty work done in office: Invisalign, implants, pedo, endo

Compensation

  • Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of clinical experience
  • Highly proficient in aspects of general dentistry
  • Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients
  • GPR or AEGD preferred
  • Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients
