Part-Time Orthodontist!

We are a well-established, reputable dental practice seeking an experienced and skilled Part-Time or Full-Time Orthodontist to join our team. This is a confidential opportunity to work within a growing practice that values quality patient care and a collaborative, supportive environment.

Schedule: This position requires the doctor to support multiple locations on a rotating schedule, with a commitment of  15-20 days per month. The specific days at each location will be coordinated in advance to ensure flexibility and smooth operations.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality orthodontic care to our patients in a general dental office setting. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental irregularities, helping patients achieve functional and aesthetic improvements to their smiles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Educate patients on orthodontic procedures, care, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with the general dentist and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible Orthodontist.
• Valid state dental license.
• Experience with traditional braces and clear aligner therapy preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both patients and staff.
