Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality dental care, including routine exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, dentures, and other restorative procedures.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations using x-ray services and comprehensive dental exams.
• Deliver care that focuses on preventing dental issues before they start, while promoting long-term oral health.
• Educate patients on oral health practices to enhance overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a compassionate, experienced team of dental professionals in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications:

• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active California dental license
• Excellent clinical skills in all areas of dentistry, including restorative, pediatric, and preventive care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for working with underserved populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Dedication to providing high-quality care in a patient-centered environment.

Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation:
  • Base Salary: $180,000 annually.
  • Productivity Bonus: $13.33 per billable encounter.
• Health Insurance: health insurance premiums paid at 100% for employee and all dependents
• Dental, Vision, and Chiropractic Coverage: Included as part of our health plan.
• Relocation Reimbursement: Up to $9,000 to assist with your moving expenses.
