United Dental Partners is seeking a full-time General Dentist at our practices, located in Chicago, IL The opportunity includes generous base salary, plus adjusted production bonus. The practices are PPO/Fee for Service/Medicaid practice.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school

• Valid IL state dental license
