Job Title: Dental Office Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will ensure the office runs efficiently, provide excellent patient service, and support the dental team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the dental office, ensuring smooth workflow.
Supervise, train, and support front office staff and administrative team.
Coordinate patient scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups to maximize efficiency.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Oversee billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with dental regulations, health standards, and company policies.
Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and performance evaluations of staff.
Implement and monitor office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in dental office management or healthcare administration.
Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of dental insurance processes and coding.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
