Our Mission is to strengthen our communities by improving the health of all our neighbors. Mountain Community Health (MCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center, providing a full spectrum of preventative and primary medical and dental care to people of all ages, regardless of insurance or the ability to pay.

The MCH team of physicians, nurses, dentists, dental hygienists, administrators, and support staff are dedicated to caring for our patients with skill, compassion, and respect.

Mountain Community Health is located at the foot of the Green Mountains in Bristol, Vermont. Bristol is bordered by the New Haven River, Green Mountain National Forest, and Champlain Valley’s farms and fields, just minutes from surrounding four-season outdoor recreation opportunities, such as hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking. Bristol has a compact family and pedestrian-friendly village that retains its historic charm.
