Royal Oak Dental Group grew from a friendship of several US Air Force officers in England and their desire to form a partnership after their time serving together in the military. They acknowledged that one of the greatest benefits of being a dentist in the Air Force was working with colleagues with whom they could collaborate. They were soon joined by two other veterans and all of them relocated to the Triangle area of North Carolina – drawn here because of the family-friendly and faith-based culture. The name, Royal Oak, is derived from Royal Air Force Lakenheath and their new home in the “City of Oaks”. Our company values were adopted from the Air Force core values of “Integrity First, Service before Self and Excellence in All We Do.”
