Join the Novi Dentists PLLC Team
We are a very close, privately owned practice with 30+ staff members. We have a total of 4 doctors and we have just recently expanded and renovated the office. We receive medical coverage as well as vision, 401K , accrued sick days and vacation time. We are paid for holidays and we take a team building trip/cruise every few years. We receive quarterly bonuses. We have monthly staff meetings to discuss any questions and concerns and the doctors buy the staff lunch Wednesday through Friday. We rotate Saturdays so everyone can have time off.
This is a fantastic place to work with a strong and close staff. Many employees have been here 20+ years. You only have to be here a brief time to know why everyone stays.
