United Dental Group (UDG) has developed an innovative system that allows any experienced dental assistants, RDA, and RDH to essentially run one’s own business. This system is set for success as long as one is diligent and motivated. By working with UDG, one can rent dental chairs (up to three) and dental facilities necessary for implant, surgical extraction, dental surgery, gum surgery, and general anesthesia operation. In addition, UDG will provide not only multiple, skillful dentists but also various services including but not limited to legal services, advertisements on Google plus and other platforms of one’s choice, and IT technicians. Through the advertisements supplied by UDG, one can gather more patients and match them with dentists at UDG that suit the patients’ needs and preferences.

• Base Salary Per Year for dental assistants and RDA:
• 1 Chair: $50,000.00 +20% commission
• 2 Chairs: $60,000.00 +20% commission
• 3 Chairs: $70,000.00 +20% commission

Incentive Bonus Income:
1) 20% of daily net profit (net profit = total revenue - total expenses)
2) additional 5% of net profit generated by a trained consultant (must be experienced in dental field) that one has introduced to UDG
• Expenses:
1) rental chair and facility fee: $220.00 per chair and per day
2) dentist fee (percentage of total revenue)
3) material and utility fee (10% of total revenue)
4) implant material and lab fees 5) *IF USED* DA fee and insurance biller fee

EXAMPLES FOR CLARIFICATION
Scenario - Total Revenue of $3,000 for one rental chair and facility and assuming that
• Expenses:
• 1) rental chair and facility fee: $220.00 2) dentist fee: $900.00 (30% of total revenue) 3) material and utility fee: $300.00 (10% of total revenue) 4) implant body and associate: $100.00 5) CT base: $200.00 6) lab fee: $200 --- Total Expense = $1,820.00
• Dental Assistant/RDA/RDH Income: 1) Base Salary: $200.00 2) Incentive Income: $226.00 (20% of daily net profit -- net profit ($1,130.00) = total revenue ($3,000.00) - total expense ($1,820.00)) --- Total income that day = $476.00
