We are a family oriented dental practice, offering multidisciplinary treatment to our patients in Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. We have an outstanding opportunity for a motivated general dentist to join our progressive, high-quality, and rapidly expanding group practice. We are not corporate dentistry, but owned 100% by six practicing dentists in our facilities.

At Village Family Dental, our patient base varies greatly, as we provide excellent treatment to infants, children, adolescents, teens, adults, and those with special needs. Our dedication to progress motivates us to grow to better accommodate our community at every opportunity. With locations in Fayetteville, Eastover, Hope Mills, St. Pauls, Laurinburg and Raeford, we are available for practitioners and patients throughout the surrounding areas.
Village Family Dental, offices of Knowles, Smith & Associates, is comprised of ten state of the art facilities in the Fayetteville area. A newly trained general dentist can plug into the system established in our multi-specialty group and begin to immediately apply his/her skills and effectively achieve above average production. This position offers significant income potential. Our experienced team of schedulers insure maximum production for our providers, and our partners believe in the philosophy of insuring their associates are rewarded with production first. Each general dentist typically has at least two hygienists assigned to them in order to aid in the growth of their own personal patient base. Continuity of care is important to us. Currently, we average 1100 new patients each month!
