Associate General Dentist Opportunity with possible future buy-in or buy-out. 4 day work week. Full-time preferred. 3,753 square foot office space with 8 Ops. State-of-the-art equipment, Dentrix, Dexis, i-CAT, Periolase. 50+ new patients monthly. 2K active patients. $2.7M gross in 2023, no PPO’s. Salary is $180K annual guaranteed plus collection based incentives. Associate should soon make well over $250K per year after collections kick in and after a few months and over $300K is definitely possible . Doctor is willing to mentor associate in Level 1 sedation, LANAP, surgery, implants, ortho, etc. . We are located in one of the more scenic areas of Western Texas, between Midland, Abilene, San Angelo and Lubbock approximately 60 miles from Midland International Airport. Driving distance to visit Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and the mountains in New Mexico! Come grow with us!
