We are actively seeking future dental partners and associate dentists. Stonecreek Dental was founded in 1986 and has just added our eighth location. Our group currently has 30 doctors including specialists and over 30,000 patients. Our mission is to create the Best Dental Experience in Ohio in a Fun, Friendly, On-Time, Drama Free, Clinically Excellent, and Profitable environment. Our associates average 32 hours a week with access to 4- 6 vacation weeks a year. Pay and benefits are great and will be customized based on experience, production, and skills. Our partnering dentists spend their time mastering the craft of dentistry rather than the administrative time required to run a business… we’ve found that what is most desirable is the opportunity to make the same money, work less, lower liability and reduce stress just by outsourcing the “business” side of what you do. Our management team handles all of the Accounting, HR, Statistics, Recruitment, Team Management, Internal Systems, Marketing, Coaching, and Operations. Stonecreek Dental Care has an immediate openings for general dentists in or Pickerington and Kettering, Ohio locations. As a lead dentist, you will have access to quarterly doctor mastermind sessions, group buying power with supply & lab costs, management support to handle everything from leadership to marketing, so that you can provide optimal patient care & be productive!
