Troup Family Dental Vision PATIENTS: My vision is for every patient who comes to the office to feel like they are truly cared about as people, not just as potential business. I want them to be able to feel like they are part of the family. I want them to know that they will be treated just like we would treat our own children, sibling, spouse or parent. Our office should feel like a comfortable, safe place where patients know that we have their best interests at heart. I want our patients to feel comfortable getting the treatment they really need to be more healthy, smile easier, eat better and achieve dental stability instead of just “patching holes” or treating only what hurts. Each time a patient leaves the office I want them to feel supported, encouraged and empowered to better their dental health. TEAM: My vision for our team is that we would feel like a family. I want us to all know that we all “have each other’s back.” I want us to take care of each other first even before the patients. While we also want the patients to feel like family, it is necessary for us to feel cared for to be able to properly care for them. Just like all families, there will inevitably be disagreements and disputes, but I want us to be committed to working them out and not just letting them build up, which can cause fractured relationships. In order to continue to build our relationships up, we need to work to foster positivity and appreciation. PRACTICE: My vision for our practice is that we would be known as trustworthy, honest and full of integrity. I want us to always choose what treatment is best for the patient, regardless of the compensation. I want us to always provide great quality through thorough diagnosis and treatment. Through striving for efficiency and productivity, we improve the practice through its ability to provide a better life for team members and patients alike. As the practice grows more healthy, team member compensation can increase as well as the ability to spend more quality time with our families and enjoy a work environment with more comfortable amenities.
