Job Description:

We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Dental Assistant to join our team in East Norriton, PA. The ideal candidate will be X-Ray Certified, DANB Certified, and have experience with chairside assisting, dental prophylaxis, coronal polishing, temporary crowns, expanded functions, dentures, crowns, orthodontics, oral surgery, treatment planning, x-rays, patient satisfaction, patient charting, infection control, and sterilization. Long-term disability experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
2. Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
3. Take and develop dental x-rays
4. Perform dental prophylaxis, coronal polishing, and temporary crowns
5. Provide expanded functions support
6. Assist with dentures, crowns, orthodontics, and oral surgery
7. Ensure patient satisfaction through excellent chairside manner
8. Accurately maintain patient charting and treatment records
9. Adhere to infection control and sterilization procedures
