• Schedule: Hours are 7a-4:30p with huddle at 6:45a
  • Dates Needed: 4/28-4/30, 5/6-5/9, 5/12-5/15
• Job Setting: Clinic
• Types of Cases: General Dentistry
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 days
• Active State License required
