Ortho Treatment Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Ortho Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting orthodontic patients with scheduling, insurance verification, coordinating treatment plans, and providing excellent customer service throughout their orthodontic journey.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Certification in dental assisting or dental hygiene preferred
- Proven experience in a dental or orthodontic office setting, with specific experience in treatment coordination
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and verification processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in dental software systems and Microsoft Office applications

**Responsibilities:**
- Schedule appointments for orthodontic consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits
- Verify insurance coverage and communicate treatment plans and costs to patients
- Coordinate with orthodontists and other dental professionals to ensure smooth patient care
- Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Address patient inquiries, provide education on orthodontic treatments, and discuss financial options
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
