Overview
We are seeking a kindhearted, people-loving and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our friendly dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry and be proficient in patient assessment and documentation review. This role is essential in providing high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their visits.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal therapy for patients of all ages.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate oral health and identify any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Utilize digital imaging technology to assist in identifying dental conditions.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care techniques.
• Stay updated on dental terminology and advancements in dental hygiene practices.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
• Experience in a dental office setting, particularly within general dentistry.
• Familiarity with digital imaging systems.
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for effective documentation review.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
