Dental Assistant - $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

***WE'RE OFFERING A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!***

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with a 1-hour lunch break. You'll also work one Saturday a month from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM .

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish

• A valid EFDA and X-Ray certification

• Willingness to travel to our Coral Way location: 11865 SW 26th St, Ste C39, Miami, FL 33175

Compensation: Pay is negotiable and based on experience plus, don't forget the $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Responsibilities:

• Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environment
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care
• Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow
• Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately

Qualifications:

• Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus
