Key Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Scheduling patient appointments efficiently and accurately
• Filing and processing dental insurance claims

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental office
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and dental insurance
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well with a team-oriented environment and diverse patient base
