Dental Assistant

Shannon Dental Health Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team. We are a sole doctor-owned, private practice with a proven reputation for providing top quality dental care to the Tri-Cities area. You will work alongside compassionate and experienced dentists who have dedicated their careers to serving and improving oral healthcare in our local community.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures
• Perform dental prophylaxis and coronal polishing
• Create temporary crowns
• Assist with a variety of dental procedures, including ortho, endo, extractions, implants, perio
• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction
• Assist with treatment planning and patient charting
• Handle X-rays and maintain sterilization and infection control protocols
• Assist with surgery and other procedures as needed

Job Requirements

• Licensed as a Registered Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant in Washington State
• Experience with chairside assisting
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology

Salary:

The salary for this position ranges from $44,000 to $56,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
