Job Description
Let’s have a conversation about if our practice could be a good fit for you! We have an excellent team and are proud to have been voted the top dental practice in the greater Waterville area this past year.
We are looking for someone who is excited about Dentistry, cares for people, is hungry to grow professionally, and is a pleasure to work with. The ideal candidate is proficient in general dentistry, has excellent communication skills, and is looking for a position where they can build long-term relationships with their patients and co-workers. We are committed to providing an excellent long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
The compensation for this position is a strong daily guarantee, and a monthly bonus calculated as a percentage of adjusted production (NOT COLLECTIONS). Our practice is out of network with all dental insurances. This allows us to provide generous benefits and compensation packages to our team. It also means that we can support our team with modern equipment such as a CBCT, diode laser, Trios scanners, scalers, and more. We believe in paying for the best providers and team members, and then continue investing in developing our team. If you are an experienced provider who has specific treatment modalities that you prefer to work with, we are interested in learning what you have to offer and providing the equipment and resources for you to do so.
In addition to standard care, we currently provide a wide variety of surgical procedures for our patients including: extractions, root canal therapy, full mouth rehabilitation, implants, and prosthodontics, with oral sedation as an option.
You will be glad to know that we have a team of experienced EFDA’s, assistants, hygienists and staff. This team is made up of supportive, honest, and caring people who are committed to our patients. There is an incredible production history and no shortage of dentistry to be done.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, restorations, and prosthodontics.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical documentation.
- Provide exceptional patient care and education regarding oral health.
- Collaborate with dental staff to enhance patient experiences and streamline office operations.
- Stay updated with advancements in general dentistry and relevant technologies.
We are proud of our practice. We have a fun, supportive environment that fosters our team and builds on each individual’s strengths. Our primary goal is to take care of the patients we serve, and we strive to do that by trusting our team to do what is right while we give the support, environment, and resources you need to be successful. Our practice is relationship driven, fast-paced, and modern. We truly enjoy the people we work with, and are excited to welcome the right person to our team.
Benefits including 401K with 4% match, CE reimbursement, dental, allowance for medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunity for additional time off when coordinating schedules with Dr. Bue.
We are a trusted small-town practice. Dr. Bue is a present owner working hard to provide the best for his patients and team. Our Google reviews and success in the past year are a testament to these efforts!
You must have an active State of Maine Dental License and DEA License. Relocation assistance may be provided to the right candidate.
Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any questions and we will get back to you shortly.
