Our world-class team is currently looking for an experienced Front Desk / Treatment Coordinator to join us.

Job Description:
If you have at least 2-3 years of dental front desk and treatment coordinator experience, and are familiar with Open Dental software, we would love to hear from you! We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible at our Miami office.

The ideal candidate is a leader with experience in dental front desk operations and treatment planning. Strong knowledge of dental insurance claims, verification, and eligibility is required. We are looking for a passionate team player with a positive attitude. Our office thrives on teamwork, and we believe that a great attitude and drive for success are key to achieving our goals.

Job Duties:

• Front Office Duties: Collaborate with the front office team to answer phones, present treatment plans, schedule patients, verify, bill, and post insurance.
• Leadership: Work with providers to lead the team to success, setting the tone for the office from morning huddles to celebrating wins and everything in between.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-2 years of dental experience
• Experience in billing, posting, and explaining insurance to patients
• Experience presenting and converting treatment plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Open Dental experience (a plus)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Work Location: In-person at our Coral Springs office
