POSITION DETAILS:

• LOCATION: Langley AFB (Hospital Dental Clinic) - 77 Nealy Ave, Hampton, VA 23665.
• SCHEDULE: Mon – Fri: 6:45am – 4:00pm + 1hr lunch break
• PATIENT POP: Dental services to facility personnel & their family members
• PAY OPTION #1 (W-2): $87.50/hr + Full Benefits + AMG Insurance Coverage
• PAY OPTION #2 (1099): $106.86/hr + No insurance coverage & no benefits offered
• BENEFITS: 11 Paid Holiday Off Days + 10 PTO Days + 56 Hrs of Sick Leave

DENTIST JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS

• UPDATED RESUME/CV:
• BLS CERT: Must Active Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
• LICENSURE: Must have a current, active, and unrestricted Dentist license
