A Modern - Day Dental Hygienist Experience

Our modern dental office is looking for the new modern-day experienced hygienist.  Over recent years, our private office has adopted a culture that embraces employees to have an ideal work and life balance. We like the motto, “less work and more personal time” because our employees have learned to use the office’s technological systems that makes their clinical work easier to manage.   Hygienists have grown to maximize personal financial growth by educating and caring for patients so that patients return on regular recare visits.  And our office optimizes a pleasant work environment by working together as a team.  Part of our culture is inviting up to only 8 patients per day to have open conversations with our hygienist in order to cultivate a quintessential “bedside experience” for the patient so that as an employee their day is filled with patients who are more relaxed getting their dental care.  Our office understands that care is important for not only the patient and the office but also for the hygienist.  

Our office uses the latest in ultrasonics and air polishing equipment  for an ultimate dental cleaning experience for our patients.  Secondly, our office uses standard technology like digital intraoral photographs, digital radiographic images and digital scanning just to name a few technological advancements.  There are staff meetings to better understand hygienist needs in addition to other employee needs.  Employed hygienist will have the opportunity to get certification in local anesthesia to advance their personal career goals. 

We allow our employees to create a more personal schedule within a traditional work schedule to meet their personal needs.   We offer competitive compensation pay based on dental offices who employee their hygienist not based on temporary staff pay.  This type compensation structure allows the office to offer benefits like medical insurance to include yearly vision, life insurance, vacation and holiday pay, retirement,  and CE credits to name a few.  Additionally, our office is adding a sign on bonus if we are able to get you started by July 4, 2024.  We are recruiting nationally and locally to fill this position.  Don’t delay to apply because the position(s) will be filled soon.
