This facility is seeking a dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 3-4 months coverage starting end of April. Monday - Thursday 7a - 5p
• Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20
• Types of Cases: 80% adults and 20% Kids. Fillings, Invisalign, root canals, molar endodontics, crown, bridge, dentures, wave one experience.
• Electronic Medical Record- Dentrix
• 4 Dental Assistant's, 6 Hygienists
• No New Grads from 2020
• Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), and Basic Life Support(BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification (CPR) is required
