Schreder Dental in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Receptionist to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk duties including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
• Maintain patient records and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Provide excellent customer service to all patients
• Submitting dental insurance claims and completing patient billing 

Job Requirements:

• Experience with Dentrix preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• X-Ray certification ideal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
